Since our founding, we have promoted a vision of education that equips students to imagine — and to help create — the transition to a more just society. Schools can nurture the skills and sensibilities to contribute to a society built on principles of equality and ecology. Teachers have been the first line of defense in fighting fascism — organizing the struggle against ICE, militarization, and truth-banning.
We help teachers and activists tell stories about their exemplary work and about strategies of resistance. At a time of ferocious attacks on public education, your support is vital.
