If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we’ll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price within 30 days of delivery to you. To return items from your Rethinking Schools order, please contact email@example.com with the order number and reason for the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery to you.

- Returns apply only to those items purchased from Rethinking Schools. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online, or retail store.
- We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error in shipping, or if an item arrived in damaged or defective condition.
- If a digital product has been downloaded, a refund will not be furnished.

Quotes, Bulk, and Purchase Orders
To request a quote for a bulk purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the title(s), and quantity of books being requested. If you do not have a collect account with UPS or FedEx, include the shipping city, state, and zip code.
All purchase orders must be submitted to email@example.com, PO’s will not be accepted through mail, or over the phone. We do not work with third-party EDI services such as PubNet. If you are a Follett Higher Education store, EDI is not available to you, please submit your PO via email.
If you would like your order to be shipped using a FedEx, or UPS collect account, indicate the carrier, the account number, and if you would like standard, 2 day, or next day shipping. If your PO needs to be shipped 2nd or next day, indicate that in the subject of your email.
Indicate the appropriate email for invoices to be addressed to in the body of your email.
